A vacation to remember..

My loving husband Anthony took me on a late Valentine's Day getaway! After hearing about our friends Jesse & Becca's vacation there we decided on Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite. Upon arrival we were greeted with Chocolate covered strawberries and Champagne. We ice skated, roamed the grounds, had an amazing dinner and just enjoyed each others company. But, this isn't a story about our vacation! :)

While I was packing for our trip knowing I was a couple days "late" and my boobs feeling bigger, I decided to pack a pregnancy test. As the sun came up over the mountains neither one of us could sleep in much. We were anxious to see what the results were. A little background; Anthony and I decided to expand our family last year and have been trying for about 6 months. He loves to call me the "girl who cried pregnancy" but, this time something felt different. As we stand in the hotel bathroom and the little plus sign appears we are elated!! Overjoyed that Ethan gets to be a big brother!!!!

As we drive through beautiful Yosemite we talk about the future as a family of four. A perfect way to end a perfect vacation!
