13 weeks, Hello 2nd trimester!

So, this week I’ve gotten back in my pilates routine. Man, it’s hard after taking almost 3 months off! But, I will press on! Baby is getting bigger in there and I’m kind of excited to start to show. However, this means I must shop for maternity clothes. Since I was pregnant in cold weather with Ethan I don’t have much for a summer pregnancy. I am noticing that there is a major lack of cute maternity clothes out there. I am half tempted to make my own! So, look forward to me added some pregnancy fashion to this blog! We are very anxious to find out the sex of baby so we can start on the nursery!! Little side story, Ethan was playing with his toy hammer and put it to his tummy and started to make a funny noise. I really think he was mimicking the Doctor putting the heartbeat doppler to my tummy. Cutest thing EVER! Until next week please feel free to guess the Gender of Baby Severy #2 to the left!

12 weeks..

Made it to 12 weeks! This is the last week of my 1st trimester, can I get a AMEN! Bring on more energy! It seems this week the "baby bump" has appeared! I remember this taking a lot longer with Ethan. We had a Dr appointment this week! It was awesome to hear the baby's heartbeat and hear we *might* get to find out the sex at our next appointment in a month! So exciting! :) Hope everyone is surviving this heatwave!! Today it 95 so far, not looking forward to 6 more months of this. Until next week! XOXO

Baby Appointment!

Today we had a baby appointment! Baby is healthy and happy with a strong heartbeat! So, so amazing to hear that heartbeat! I just love it! Got good news that all my blood work came back good! Next month if baby cooperates we might get to find out boy or girl!!!!! <3

11 weeks!

11 weeks today! Much happened this part week! Anthony completed his PE (with the exception of one portion that he will have to re-take due to it being "compromised"). We, mostly him, are super thrilled to have that out of the way, for now! Baby appointment this Wednesday, we get to hear his/her heartbeat! I'm feeling very good and healthy. This pregnancy is much different than with Ethan. Crazy to see and feel how much they vary.

Happy Easter & 10 weeks!!

This week is Easter!! Normally we rotate between families on Easter. However, this year will be spent at home as Anthony is in final cramming/studying for his PE (Professional Engineering) Exam next week. It is a two day 16 hour test. This is the BIG BOY, the final step in his journey to become a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer! I am SO very proud of my Husband. Not only did he put himself through college but, he put himself through one of the best colleges for engineering around!! He is the BEST husband and Daddy EVER! We just love him. So, help me wish him a big GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

The Easter bunny visits a special little boy tonight! I love that Ethan is getting old enough to start understanding traditions we have for each holiday. He is such a great kiddo and is going to make an amazing big brother.

We will miss our families very much and we are so glad they understand! I hope that you and your families have an amazing Easter holiday! Let’s not forget the reason for the holiday! Luke24:6
